Cleansing Nourishing MealsEnjoy the highest quality foods that offer maximum nourishment while encouraging gentle cleansing and detoxification. The winter months are often a time of feasting and indulging, making the fresh energy of spring an ideal time to cleanse and reestablish more supportive lifestyle habits. The menu will be plant based. Breakfast will be a variety of smoothies filled with superfoods and tropical delights. Mid afternoon you will receive a fresh veggie juice followed by lunch which will be the main meal of the day. In the evening we will offer a nourishing soup, followed by herbs to help you feel satiated and to support colon health.

Ayurvedic Self Care RitualsEach of us have a morning routine, but how deeply is your routine serving you? In Ayurveda, a daily routine called 'Dinacharya' is the foundation of preventive health. Each morning we will take a "magic carpet ride" together, exploring these ancient self care techniques to support a healthy body and mind. Through daily practice we will get to understand and feel the benefits of skin cleaning & regeneration, Abhyanga (self-massage), cleaning and supporting eye health, tongue scraping, oil pulling and more. Discover a new set of morning rituals to help bring you greater vitality, energy and beauty.

Hawaiian CultureWe are so honored to be able to host this event in such a magical, healing place and are excited to share with you some of the beauty of Hawaiian culture. Experience a Hawaiian blessing and learn a Hawaiian chant with Kumu Hula Kapono Kamaunu. You will also learn to twist a traditional ti leaf lei which is a sacred and symbolic adornment in Hawaii.

Inspirational Lectures & WorkshopsOur intent is to nourish the body, mind and spirit. Not only will we share nourishing meals we will also engage in uplifting activities to inspire the mind and spirit. Our evenings will be filled with workshops to support the natural self reflection that happens during a cleanse as well as lectures on natural healing practices from Ayurveda and Chinese Medicine.
